Navigate to: Admin Panel > Recruitment > Vacancies.
Click on New Vacancy in the top-right corner.
Fill out the vacancy name, job title, location, department, and provide a detailed description under Vacancy Details.
Click Next to configure the fields for the candidate application form. You can modify existing fields or add new ones.
This section contains the entire recruitment workflow, from application to hiring. Employees can be assigned to oversee stages by selecting a coordinator for each step.
For interview and assessment stages, use pre-prepared templates (see [how to create assessment and interview templates]).
Review all vacancy details. Click Create to finalize.
Go to Draft Vacancies and click Publish to make the vacancy live.
