Submitting a Response as an Employee

1. Navigate to Internal Apps > My Apps.

2. Select the relevant app from the list.

3. Click Add Response to start filling out the survey form.

4. Complete the form by entering the required details.

5. Click Submit to finalize your response.

To view previous responses, navigate to Internal Apps > My Apps. Select the relevant app from the list, then view submitted responses. To make changes, click Editable if the option is enabled by the administrator.
