Navigate to: Admin Panel > Approval Rules > Leaves.
Click on Add New Rule.
Fill in the required data fields and check the Approval Required box.
Select the approval type from three options:
X approvals required: Define the number of approvals.
Approval in sequence: Define the sequence in the "approvers" box.
All required: All listed approvers must approve.
Choose approvers based on the selected approval type and click Next.
On the next screen, under Employee, add the employee to whom you want to apply the approval rule.
For a group (e.g., probationary employees), click Add New Employees and select the relevant field, such as the Job Category checkbox, then choose Probation.
Click Save to finalize the leave approval rule.
