Navigate to Admin Panel > Internal Apps > Manage Apps to access the internal apps section.
Click Create New in the top-left corner.
Fill in the required details, including App Name, Description, and Category.
Use the toggles to enable/disable the ability to edit submitted forms and allow multiple submissions.
Click Next to proceed to the Form Configuration section.
On the Form Page, add the required fields and sections.
Once all form elements are added and configured, click Create to finalize the internal app.
To edit an existing app, click Update on the relevant app.
To delete an app, click Delete next to the relevant app and confirm the action.

Step 4 : Select the eligible employees and click ‘Next’
Step 5 : You will be navigated to a new page where you can create your form
Step 6: Click “Create” to complete the process.
