Employee Appreciations

Appreciations are a great way to motivate and elevate your employees to discover the true potential of their talents and abilities. This feature is made available to all employees across your organization where employees can not only view all badges but also award badges to other employees and even comment on these badges.

How can you view appreciation posts?

Navigate to 'Appreciations' to view all badges awarded to employees. In addition, by hovering over the respective badge title you will be able to view all the different skills achieved by the respective employee badge.

How can you post public appreciation posts to employees?

• Step 1: Navigate to 'Appreciations'

• Step 2: Click on the "New Post" button on the right corner of your screen

• Step 3: Fill in the required details and click 'Save' to complete

Is there a limit to awarding appreciation badges?

Absolutely not! You can award as many badges as you want with SOFFLIX HR:)
