This article explains the instructions necessary to promote your employees in a step-by-step manner.
Please note that only the employees who are already in the system can be promoted.
Step 1 : Navigate to Admin - Users - Designations
Step 2 : Select the relevant employee who needs to be promoted by clicking on the “Select Employee” button
Step 3 : You will be automatically navigated to the corresponding employee designation page in which you can promote that employee by clicking the “Promote Employee” button
Step 4 : Fill in the promotion details of that employee by selecting the relevant designation, start date, and end date. You can also add unit details using the same form.
Step 5 : Click the “Save” button to complete the process
Once the above steps are followed you can promote your employee to the relevant designation.
